Learn moreThe systems share walls. They should share a design.
On most fit-outs the electrician, the fire alarm company, the data installer and the security firm never meet. Each runs its own containment, each needs the ceiling open on a different week, and when something does not work the building is left to find out whose it is.
We design the six systems as one job. The tray carries power and data on the agreed separation, the fire alarm interfaces to the access control and the ventilation are drawn in before anyone is on site, and the handover file at the end is one document rather than four. It costs less, it finishes sooner, and there is one phone number afterwards.
Not sure which service you need?
Describe the building and the problem. An engineer will tell you what it is and what it would take, before any quotation.
